A New Horizon for Workplace Learning of Vocational Teachers

摘要 基于工作场学习的理论优势以及职业教育教师专业发展的特质,工作场学习应当成为未来职业教育教师专业化的理想范式。以整体认知理论、情境学习理论和弹性学习理论三大理论为分析视角,探索职业教育教师工作场学习的差异表征和发生机制,能够为职业教育教师学习提供颇为值得注意的新视野。 Workplace learning,based on the theoretical advantage and the professional characteristics of vocational teachers,should be the ideal model.In the perspective of the Overall cognitive theory,Situated learning theory and Flexible learning theory to explore the different representation and occurrence mechanism,so provide a new horizon for workplace learning of vocational teachers.
