试析职业的产生和发展与职业教育的关系

Analysis the Relationship between the Emergence and Development of Vocation and Vocational Education

职业是职业教育的逻辑起点,也是职业教育的重要研究对象之一。从职业经历的四个发生与发展时期即"沉睡期"、"孕育期"、"萌芽期"和"成长期"入手,探究职业的演变过程。紧接着,以职业的演变过程为背景从两个方面详细地探讨职业的产生和发展与职业教育的关系:其一,职业的产生与发展奠定了职业教育产生和发展的基础;其二,职业的分化决定了职业教育专业的细化。

Vocation is the logical starting point of vocational education.Vocation is also one of the important research objects in vocational education.First,this article studies the four development stages of vocation： sleeping,inoculation,sprout and development.Then,the author explores the influence that the emergence and development of vocation to vocational education from two aspects： one is that the generation of vocation lays the foundation for vocational education;another is the differentiation of vocation determines the professional division of vocational education.
