中等职业教育师资现状调查与分析——以江西省为例

Investigation and Analysis to the Situation of the Secondary Vocational Teacher——Taking Jiangxi as an Example

随着职业教育外延、内涵的不断扩展,职业教育师资质量与需求状况不匹配的情况日益严重。职业教育师资数量不足、结构不合理、实践经验缺乏、"双师型"教师比例严重偏低等各种问题孕育而生。以江西省为例,在分析中等职业教育师资现状的基础上,就当前所存在的问题提出可行性建议。着重从教学模式、教学评价以及制度管理三个方面探讨了加强职业教育师资培训基地建设的相关措施,以提升当前职业教育师资水平。

The continuous expansion of extension and intension of vocational education worsen the situation that qualification of teachers can＇t match the requirement of vocational education.Hence,there really exist problems such as deficiency in vocational teacher,unreasonable staff structure,insufficiency in experience and lacking of double-qualified teacher.Take Jiangxi for example,through analyzing the situation of vocational teacher,the paper proposes some feasibility suggests.Furthermore,from three respects relative measures on development of training base of vocational teacher were put forward to enhance current vocational teaching level in the paper.
