摘要
成人学习不同于儿童学习,有其自身特点。培训教学是农民工培训的中心工作,应尊重农民工作为成人学习者的学习特点,采取具有针对性的教学策略,以切实提高培训教学效果。主要包括:建构真实的培训教学情境;营造良好的培训教学氛围;以"生活化"原则处理培训教学内容;倡导参与式的培训教学方法;培育新型的培训"学习共同体",以及选择适切的培训教学模式。
Different from the children's learning,Adult learning has its own characteristics.teaching is the central task of peasant-workers' training,it should respect the learning characters of adult learners,and take tactics to improve the effect of teaching of training.This includes: to form real situation of teaching of training;to create a good atmosphere for teaching of training;to arrange the contents of teaching of traning in light of "life principle";to promote participating methods of teaching of training;to cultivate a new "learning community";to select appropriate mode for teaching of training.
