摘要
高职院校"双师型"教师队伍建设是高等职业教育改革与发展的重要内容,但是,由于近年来高等职业教育规模的快速扩大",双师型"教师队伍建设问题成为制约瓶颈。鉴于"双师型"教师这一概念还没有一个统一而明确的答案,本文梳理并辨析了对"双师型"教师的各种观点,提出了"双师型"教师内涵诠释。
The construction of "double-quality" teacher team in higher vocational college is an important aspect in higher vocational education reform and development.With the fast enlargement of higher vocational education scale in recent years,the problem of "double-quality" teacher team construction has limited the development of higher vocational education.Because there has been no uniform and explicit answer regarding the concept of "double-quality" teacher,the paper summary and discriminates various different points about the concept of"double-quality"teacher,and presents the interpretation of "double-quality" teacher ' meanings.
