摘要
刺槐种子发芽促进过程中常有部分种子表现出硬实现象,硬实种子对播种育苗的出苗率有很大影响。采用100、90、80、70℃热水浸种和浓硫酸浸泡5、10、15、20、30 min 2种方法处理刺槐硬实种子,并结合扫描电镜观察,探讨解除刺槐种子硬实性的最佳方法。结果表明:刺槐种子的种皮对刺槐种子的吸胀具有明显的机械阻碍作用,采用浓硫酸和高温处理,能有效打破刺槐硬实种子的硬实特性,其中采用浓硫酸处理刺槐硬实种子以30 min效果最佳,在25℃下发芽率可达到96.3%;热水处理以80℃最好,在25℃温度下发芽率为84.0%。
In germination promoting,some Robinia pseudoacacia seeds have hardness phenomenon,the hardness seeds had a big effect on germination rate of sowing and seedling.In this experiment,the seeds were soaked in hot water under temperatures of 100,90,80 and 70℃ and simultaneously soaked by concentrated sulfuric acid respectively with 5,10,15,20 and 30 minutes,observed under SEM,to explore the best method to break the seed hardness.The results show that the seed coat had a significant inhibition on the water imbibition of R.pseudoacacia seeds,and the best method was obtained in the trial when the concentrated sulfuric acid was used for 30 minutes and the seeds soaked in hot water under 80℃.At this time,the germination percentage recorded were 96.3% and 84.0% under 25℃ respectively.
