通过研究驾驶人心理、生理因素对驾驶适宜性的影响,得出驾驶适宜性评价指标,并进行检测设备的初选与检测方法的介绍。通过对苏州市汽车运输公司驾驶人的数据采集与筛选得出能反映驾驶人基本信息的样本,并对样本进行统计分析,以期为当地管理者提供参考。

This paper concludes the driving suitability evaluation index by studying psychological, physiological factors that influence the driving suitability, and introduces the primary selection of the test equipment and the detection methods. In order to get the sample which can reflect the drivers＇ basic information the paper acquisites and screens the data of Suzhou automobile transportation company＇s drivers and then analyzes the samples and statistical data in order to offer reference to local managers.
