摘要
针对汽车电动天窗系统的安全性和实时响应性要求,采用嵌入式系统设计了基于PIC18F2480微控制器及自动代码生成器的智能电动天窗控制系统,该系统采用霍尔传感器测定天窗玻璃开关的实时位置,选择永磁电机负载转矩变化率作为障碍物检测判断指标。实验结果表明,该系统运行稳定、可靠,响应快,具有一定的实用性和推广价值。
Aiming at the requirements of security and real-time responsiveness for power car sunroof .The paper designed an Embedded System ofinteUigent car sunroof based on the PIC18F2480 microprocessor and the code generator automaticaUy.The system determines the real-time position of the moving sunroof glass with Hall sensor and selects the local torque of DC motor shaft as the judgment of indicators of obstacle detection.The experimental shows that the system is running stable, reliable, fast response and strong anti-interference .The technology and methods adopted in the system are practical an worthy of using abroad.
