摘要
考察了NF270、NF90、DL纳滤膜对头孢母液脱盐浓缩的性能,NF270适合头孢母液的脱盐浓缩。考察了直接浓缩、预浓缩-渗滤-浓缩的方式对NF270膜浓缩头孢过程的影响,并用不同的清洗方法对膜进行通量恢复,而且用2-萘酚对浓缩母液和原始母液进行螯合回收进行了比较。实验结果表明,直接浓缩将导致膜通量迅速衰减,达不到理想的浓缩效果。采用预浓缩-渗滤-浓缩的方式能有效的对头孢母液进行脱盐浓缩,而且采用含NaOH的清洗剂能有效的回复膜的通量。用2-萘酚对浓缩母液进行螯合回收头孢的得率大于原始母液。
Desalination and concentration of cephradine mother liquor was investigated with NF270, NF90 and DL nanofiltration membranes, NF270 is suitable for desalination of cephradine mother liquor. The effects of direct concentration and preconcentration-diafihration-concentration on nanofihration process were investigated respectively, and various cleaning methods were used to recover the membrane flux. The produce ratios of cephradine by 2-naphthol chelation from concentrated liquor and original liquor were compared. The results showed that direct concentration would result in a rapid decrease in membrane flux and could not realize the desired concentration effect. Pre-concentration-diafiltration-concentration mode was much suitable one to concentrate the cephradine mother liquor. Using the cleaning agent containing alkali, the fouled membrane could be almost recovered. The produce ratio of cephradine from concentrated liquor was larger than that of original one.
