脊髓损伤患者出院后独立能力的随访

The Follow-up of Independent Ability of the Spinal Cord Damages When Leaves the Hospital

目的:通过随访了解脊髓损伤患者出院后的独立能力情况,为脊髓损伤患者独立能力的康复治疗提供指导意见。方法:随访我院36例出院后的SCI患者,通过FIM量表,给予评分、分级,并与出院时相比较。结果:36例SCI患者,1例FIM独立,33例FIM有条件依赖,2例FIM完全依赖。36例患者评分与出院时比较,FIM总分显著提高(P<0.05),FIM包括6个方面,其中自我护理、转移、社会认知方面显著提高(P<0.05)。结论:我院SCI患者出院后独立能力大多数(91.67%)处在有条件依赖水平,FIM总体提高显著;其中交流方面显著减退,大小便控制、行走无明显变化,医护人员在FIM治疗过程中需要关注、加强上述无提高的项目。

Objective：With the interview of spinal cord injury patients about FIM made by nurse,the present study aims to make some basic instructions to the rehabilitation of spinal cord injury patients’ ability of FIM.Methods：The method used in the study is to make an interview with the 36 SCI patients’ who are discharges from our hospital,using the FIM measurement to give different scores and classifications,and to make a comparison with the time when they left the hospital.Result：33 out of 36 SCI patients FIM independent,32 FIM conditional independent,and 1 patient FIM completely dependent.With the comparison of the time when they left hospital,it shows that the total score of FIM（P＆lt;0.05）of the 36 SCI patients’ have a significant improvement.The FIM includes 6 aspects.Among which patients’ ability of self-care,movement,and social cognition have a significant improvement（P＆lt;0.05）,the ability of communication have declined significantly（P＆lt;0.05）,the ability of excretion control and walking have no significant improvement（P＆gt;0.05）.Concludes：Most SCI patients’ FIM（91.67%）are in a conditional dependent level after discharged from the hospital,the overall FIM have a significant improvement,among them the ability of communication have declined significantly,the ability of excretion control and walking have no significant improvement.
