摘要
目的:探讨CT窗口技术在诊断超急性期脑梗塞中的诊断价值。方法:回顾性分析证实的50例超急性期脑梗塞(<6 h)病例,50例无脑梗死患者的CT图像,在双盲情况下2名主任级医师用两种窗设置:常规窗(100Hu窗宽、35 Hu窗位)、调整窗(10～80Hu窗宽、20～50Hu窗位)进行诊断。结果:调整窗结果与常规窗相比,诊断敏感性和准确率从43%和54%增至74%和76%。结论:在CT平扫诊断超急性期脑梗塞中调整窗设置能提高病变检出率。
Objective：To investigate the CT window technology in the diagnosis of hyperacute cerebral infarction diagnostic value.Methods： A retrospective analysis of 50 cases of confirmed hyperacute cerebral infarction（＆lt;6 h） cases.50 cases of CT images of patients with cerebral infarction,two windows set,the two Director-level doctors in the double-blind： conventional window（100 Hu window width,35 Hu window level）,adjust the window（10~80 Hu window width,20~50 Hu of windows level） for diagnosis.Results：Adjust window results diagnostic sensitivity and accuracy increased to 74% from 43%,76% from 54% compared with conventional windows.Conclusion： CT adjust window technology can improve lesion detection rate of diagosis hyperacute cerebral infarction.
