基质金属蛋白酶-9在心血管疾病中的研究进展

摘要 基质金属蛋白酶-9(MMP-9)又称明胶酶B,是MMPs家族中的一个重要成员,并且近年来受到国内外关注。在许多心血管疾病的发生、发展等病理过程中激活MMP-9,而导致其表达上调,继而引起心肌的重构及心血管系统损害,最终导致心功能改变。 Matrix Metalloproteinase-9(MMP-9),also known as gelatinase B,is one of the most important proteinases of the matrix metalloproteinase family,it has been more attention domestic and abroad in recent years.MMP-9 can be activated to participate in the occurrence,development and pathological process of many cardiovascular diseases,then lead to the myocardial remodeling and cardiovascular system damage by upregulating expressions,eventually causes the heart function changeable.
