下呼吸道感染的病原菌调查和耐药菌分析

摘要 目的:了解我院临床下呼吸道感染分离病原菌对常用抗菌药物的耐药性,为临床合理用药提供参考。方法:临床分离病原菌采用纸片扩散法(K-B)进行药敏试验,并按CLSI标准判断结果。结果:2009、2010、2011年下呼吸道感染病原菌仍以革兰阴性菌为主,分别占71.5%、70.9%、86.2%。虽然分离出的主要病原菌对常用抗菌药物耐药率较高,但超广谱β-内酰胺酶(ESBLs)检出率有逐年下降趋势。结论:采取有效措施,加强病原菌的耐药监控,合理使用抗菌药物。 Objective:To understand the drug resistance of isolated pathogenic bacteria to common antibacterial and thus provide a reference for clinical LRTI treatment.Method:Adopt K-B disk diffusion method to conduct drug sensitive test on the clinical isolated pathogenic bacteria and then determine the result according to CLSI Standard.Result:The pathogenic bacteria of LRTI in the year of 2009,2010,2011 is still dominated by Gram-negative bacteria and respectively account for 71.5%,70.9%,86.2%.Although the isolated dominant pathogenic bacteria have a high antibiotics resistance rate,the detection rate of Extended-Spectrumβ-lactamase(ESBLs) presents a decrease trend year by year.Conclusion: Take effective measures to strengthen the drug-resistance monitoring on pathogenic bacteria so as to use antibacterial correctly.
