摘要
在矿井提升机的控制过程中,液压站对其设备的安全起着重要的作用。针对矿井提升机液压控制不精确的现状,油压过程大滞后、非线性等特点,利用现代控制技术,设计专家系统PID控制算法,实现了液压站的闭环控制,压力得到精确控制,取得良好的效果。
In the control process of mine hoist system, the hydraulic station directly affects the safety of mine hoisting machine. Aiming at the current situation of the inaccurate control of hydraulic system of mine hoisting machine, and the characteristics of large time delay of the process and nonlinearity, the closed-loop control of the hydraulic station is realized based on modem control technology, the expert systems and PID control algorithm. So the process is precisely controlled and good results are obtained.
