Design and Development of Digital Control Multi-function Instrument Table

摘要 设计了一个多功能数字仪用表,解决了目前示波器和万用表体积庞大和功能单一等缺点;实现电阻、电压和电流的测量以及波形的检测、谱分析和显示。硬件部分采用AD830+FIFO的结构实现双通道数据同步,软件部分采用uC/OS-II系统实现多任务运行及实时处理。系统采用STM32F4作为总控制器,采用外置高速并行双通道AD和DA,以及FIFO能实现对信号进行采集、还原和数据缓存的功能。人机接口使用的是320×240的TFT彩色液晶显示器。整个系统功能齐全,测量精度、输入阻抗和垂直灵敏度等各项性能指标均达到较高要求。同时附加测量电阻、电压和电流等功能,并能显示被测信号波形。另外,系统还实现了波形存储回放、打印、电源充电、有效值测量和触发沿选择等功能。整套实验系统经验证在高校实验教学等领域具有广泛应用前景。 The paper designs a multi-function digital instrument table that resolves the disadvantages of big size and single function for current oscilloscope and universal meter. The instrument table can realize the measurement of resistance, voltage and current, and also realize the waveform detection, spectrum analysis and display. The hardware part adopts the AD830 and FIFO structure to implement dual channel data synchronization, and the software part adopts uC/OS-II system to realize multitask operation system and real time processing. The system uses STM32F4 as the master controller, and uses external high-speed parallel dual-channel AD and DA, and FIFO enabling to realize the functions such as acquisition, reduction and data cache for signals. The man-machine interface uses color LCD monitor of 320 X 240 TFT. The entire system features complete function, higher measurement accuracy, input impedance and the vertical sensitivity which meet performance indexes. At the same time the system can measure resistance, voltage, and current, as well as display the measured waveform. In addition the system can realize such functions as waveform storage playback, printing, power supply recharging, RMS measurement and trigger edge selection. The whole experiment system is verified to have a broad application prospect in the experiment teaching of colleges and universities and other fields.
