摘要 为解决Monel M30C合金蝶板铸件常见的疏松、缩孔、气孔缺陷问题,对Monel M30C合金铸造DN250蝶板和DN350蝶板的铸造工艺、铸型及力学性能进行了研究。结果表明:采用铸出孔,球冒口水平补缩精铸工艺,是DN250及其以下蝶板批量生产的首选精密铸造工艺方案;采用缝隙式内浇口,综合使用顶冒口和冷铁的垂直浇注工艺,是DN350及其以上蝶板批量生产的首选砂型铸造工艺方案;楔形金属铸型浇注的试样,其力学性能符合ASTM A494--2009要求,建议采用楔形金属铸型浇注试样。 In order to solve the common problems such as osteoporosis, shrinkage, and porosity in Monel M30C alloy butterfly plate castings, the casting process, mould and mechanical properties of DN250 and DN350 butterfly plates casted with Monel M30C alloy were studied. The results show that horizontal pouring process with axle hole was the preferred precision casting process for DN250 and below butterfly plates. Perpendicular pouring process with top riser and chill was the best choice of sand casting process for DN350 and above butterfly plates. The mechanical property of the test sample casted by wedge metal casting was in accordance with ASTM A494- 2009, and wedge metal casting was recommended.
