摘要
文章分析了涤纶纤维高速纺DTY生产工艺对油剂的要求,通过对基础油和添加剂的筛选与优化,完成了涤纶高速纺DTY油剂的研制。研制的产品安全环保,具有良好的平滑性、抗静电性、可洗性及稳定的储存性能。现场应用试验表明研制产品在高速纺DTY生产中能有效克服油剂的飞溅问题,具有良好的使用性能,可满足生产的需求。
The oil requirements of PET- DTY high - speed spinning process were discussed and the oil was developed by precisely selecting and optimizing base stocks and additives. This product is environment-friendly, with good gliding prop-erty, antistatic property, easy -washing ability and stable storage property. Field test showed that the product has good ap-plication performance and can effectively solve the oil splashing problem and meet the production demand.
