橡胶油理化性质与玻璃化转变温度关联性的研究 被引量:2

摘要 参照ASTM E1356-08标准并根据橡胶油的理化性质制定了符合橡胶油玻璃化转变温度的测定方法,研究了橡胶油理化性质与玻璃化转变温度的关联性,结果表明:柔性基团提高柔性并降低玻璃化转变温度,而硬性基团会提高玻璃化转变温度。同时确定了两组分调合油的玻璃化转变温度与基础油玻璃化转变温度的关联性方程式。 According to ASTM E1356-08 standard and physicochemical properties of rubber oil, glass transition temperature test method of rubber oil was established. The relationship between physicochemical properties and glass transition temper-ature was studied. Results showed that flexible radical group can increase flexibility and decrease glass transition tempera-ture, but rigid radical group can increase glass transition temperature. Meanwhile, correlation equation of glass transition temperature was established between blend oil with two components and base oil.
