摘要
近年来印度与沙特阿拉伯的战略合作关系发展很快,并且有从经济合作为主向战略合作转变的趋势。本文从历史与现实、地缘政治与地缘经济等多个角度进行分析,指出印度与沙特关系的新变化主要受两国利益需求、地区战略环境变化等因素的推动。印度沙特关系的持续发展对南亚、海湾地区安全及国际关系产生了深远影响。受制于地区复杂变动的权力格局,在未来一段时期内,经济合作(特别是能源合作)仍将是双边关系的主体。
In recent years, strategic and cooperative relation between India and Saudi Arabia has witnessed rapid development, and there appears to have a tendency for both countries to turn their economic-driven cooperation into a strategic-focused one. This article tries to carry out an analysis from the perspectives of history and reality, geopolitics and geo-economics and other angles, and make a conclusion that a variety of factors, such as the interest requirements of both countries, changes in regional strategic environment, have pushed this newest development. Continued development of India-Saudi Arabian relationship will produce profound and lasting influences on the security of South Asia, the Gulf region and international relations. However, subject to the restriction of power setups emerging from complicated alteration in the region, it is possible in the foreseeable future that their economic and energy cooperation in particular, will still be the mainstay of their bilateral relationship.
