摘要
焦虑性障碍伴随着自主神经系统紊乱等生理学症状,HRV作为衡量自主神经系统活的一种非侵入性的、方便的测量指标受到了广泛的关注与研究。目前关于HRV和焦虑障碍的研究主要包括焦虑症患者的HRV特征、焦虑症患者治疗前后HRV的差异、焦虑症的其他临床诊断指标与HRV指标的相关性和一致性这几方面。研究的争议主要集中在HRV在评估焦虑程度和焦虑症患者治疗效果的应用中的客观性与稳定性,以及目前研究的严谨程度上。HRV与焦虑性障碍的研究领域中需要更为严谨和全面的研究,其应用对于焦虑症的临床治疗也具有一定的启示作用,需要更为深入的探索。
anxiety disorders are accompanied with many physiological symptoms such as autonomic ner- vous system dysfunction. HRV as a non-invasive, con- venient measure indicator has gotten attention of many researchers. Researches about the application of HRV to study anxiety disorders have focused on the followingthree aspects： the HRV characteristics of patients with anxiety disorders; relevance and consistency between HRV and other indicators clinical diagnosis of anxiety disorders; differences of HRV before and after treat- ment of patients with anxiety disorders. The main con- troversy focuses on to what extent HRV indexes could assess anxiety and how accurate it is; and to what ex-tent could the changes HRV before and after treatment could evaluate the efficacy of the treatment for patients with anxiety disorders. This field needs more scientific and comprehensive researches. The study on applica- tion of HRV in anxiety disorders also has a great en- lightenment for the clinical treatment.
