硕士研究生人际关系与主观幸福感的关系研究

Research on the Relationship among Interpersonal Relationship and Subjective Well -being of Master Graduate Students

采用《人际关系综合诊断量表》和《幸福感指数量表》对336名研究生进行测试,旨在探讨研究生人际关系困扰与主观幸福感的状况及其关系。结果表明:(1)硕士研究生的人际交谈、待人接物、异性交往在性别上存在显著差异;来自乡镇的硕士研究生在人际交谈和异性交往方面有较大的困扰。(2)硕士研究生总体幸福感高于中等水平,男研究生的幸福感指数显著低于女研究生。(3)硕士研究生主观幸福感与人际关系困扰总分及各维度均存在显著的相关关系。

In order to investigate the condition and Relationship with Interpersonal Relationship and sub- jective well-being of the master graduate students we chose 336 postgraduates from Dalian as the research objects, and prehensive d index scale t Relationship used the interpersonal relationship com- iagnosis scale and subjective well-beingshow that：（1）Master graduate students＇ interpersona~ conversation, interaction with others, the opposite sex has significant difference in the gender; Master gradu- ate students from the township greater distress in in- terpersonal conversation and the opposite sex.（2）Master graduate students＇ subjective well-being is higherthan the medium level, The male master graduate stu- dents＇ life satisfaction and well-being index are sig- nificantly lower than the female.（3）The master graduate students＇ subjective well-being and their interper- sonal relations trouble have significant correlation.
