铝土矿正浮选工艺优化研究

Research of process indexes optimization in bauxite positive flotation

铝土矿浮选工艺包括了入选矿浆浓度、粒度分布、通风量及搅拌强度等一系列指标。中国铝业河南分公司选矿车间研究室结合现场工业生产条件,在大量实验分析的基础上,分析研究了各指标对铝土矿正浮选性能的影响。本文主要介绍了入选矿浆浓度、粒度分布、通风量及搅拌强度的优化研究。

There are a series of indexes in the bauxite flotation process,including the slurry concentration,particle size distribution, ventilation rate and stir- ring intensity etc. Based on the industrial productiorts and the large number of analysis date from experiments ,the ore dressing workshop of Henan Branch of CHALCO analyzed some indexes which affected the performance of bauxite positive flotation. In this paper optimization research of some indexes such as slurry concentration, particle ＇size distribution, ventilation rate and stirring intensity were introduced.
