天津滨海新区区域PACS建设思路

本文结合天津市滨海新区的自身特色与实际需求,对滨海新区区域PACS的规划与建设思路,进行了介绍、整理与讨论。以滨海新区医疗资源特点为依据,首先明确了新区区域PACS的需求特点及建设原则。进一步讨论了区域PACS所需要解决的关键技术问题,如:影像存储架构;患者唯一标识匹配与识别;最大程度兼容现有全院级PACS;与区域医疗大平台耦合等。以区域PACS为平台,进一步讨论了如何开展多种形式的区域医疗协同服务,在总结项目已取得进展的基础上,并对项目远景进行了展望。

Combined with the characteristics of Tianjin Binhai New Area and the actual demand, the Binhai New Area planning and construction idea of PACS, are introduced, sort out and discussed. Based on characteristics of Binhai New Area of medical resources, first clear the demand characteristics of the regional PACS and construction principle. Further discusses regional PACS needed to solve the key technical problems Area PACS as platform, and further discusses how to carry out various kinds of regional health collaborative service. On the basis of summarizing the project progress, and the project vision is discussed.
