摘要
为了对游乐设施轴类的"原位"快速检测,采用线形探头的超声相控阵技术检测游乐设施轴类模拟试件,对比不同频率探头从轴端面检测缺陷的效果。试验结果表明,采用一个线形相控阵探头即可以检测不同尺寸的轴类零件,并且该方法可以检测出长度为1米的轴表面的全部细小人工缺陷。
In order to overcome the problem of testing the axes without disassembling the recreational facilities, the linear ultrasonic phased array probes with different frequency were used to detect the defects on the profile of the axis. The results showed that all axes with different size can be tested by one ultrasonic phased array probe and all the small artifical defects on the surface of the one-meter axis can be detected.
