摘要
青霉素是一种在生活中常见的药物,作为生物制药技术专业的学生,青霉素的发酵生产是必修内容。但是由于真实的青霉素发酵生产工艺复杂,所需设备众多,而且青霉素的发酵生产有严格的标准,面对众多的高校学生,无法实现每个人都真正参与生产过程。青霉素的仿真发酵可以满足学习要求,目前青霉素发酵采用东方仿真仿真软件,进行了发酵生产的模拟练习,通过仿真发酵练习,概况了青霉素发酵中工艺控制的关键因素和注意事项。
Penicillin is a common drug in life, the fermentation of which is compulsory content for biological pharmaceutical technology students. However, the fermentation process of penicillin is complex, the equipments required are numerous, and fermentation production of penicillin has strict standards, therefore, it is difficult for everyone to involve in the production process. Simulation study of penicillin fermentation can meet the requirements. Currently, the simulation exercises of penicillin fermentation process were achieved by East Simulation Software. Through the simulation exercises, we summarized the key factors and of penicillin fermentation control process
