摘要 通信运营企业作为高能耗企业,开展节能减排工作成为刻不容缓的重要课题。文章通过分析通信网络的能耗分布及节能潜力,提出"管理节能,科技节能"双向推进的节能策略,通过基站用电标杆管理,针对不同类型站点,采用新风节能系统、蓄电池温控柜技术、空调室外机纳米涂层技术、机房隔热涂料等技术,以北海联通节能减排的经验为例,介绍了如何因地制宜采用节能技术,从而达到通信网络可靠运行,降低运营开支的效果。 As a high-energy consumption enterprises,developing energy conservation and emission reduction work has been an urgent important problem in communication operation.After analyzing the energy consumption distribution and energy conserva tion potential of the communication network,this article puts forward the two-way advance’s energy saving strategy of"energysaving management,energy-saving technology".Through the benchmarking management of electricity consumption,many technol ogy such as intelligent ventilation system,battery temperature chamber technology,air-conditioning outside units nano coating technology adopted on different types of site.For example of the experiences of energy conservation in China United Telecommuni cations Corporation Beihai Branch,many methods of adaptation to local conditions are introduced,they can make a reliable commu nication network and reduce operating expenses.
