摘要
气动矛的性能取决于其活塞的运动规律 ,由于气动矛内部动力过程比较复杂 ,很难获得活塞运动规律的解析解 .作者在分析活塞运动规律的前提下 ,运用动力学 ,气体动力学原理 ,建立了活塞运动规律的数学模型、即建立了气动矛的性能参数和结构参数的关系 .运用数值分析方法 ,编制了计算机仿真程序 ,为气动矛的设计提供了一种较精确的数值设计方法 .此外 ,对YH75型气动矛进行了电算仿真、验证了计算方法的正确性 .结果表明 ,运用此方法可对设计方案进行模拟分析和参数优化 .
The performance of impact mole depends on movement regularity of its piston. Since dynamic processes of impact mole are very complicated, it is difficult to obtain an analytical solution of the movement regularity. In this paper the differential equation of the movement regularity is set up with the principle of dynamics and gas dynamics after analysing the movement regularity, that is, the function parameters are linked with the structure parameters, and then, computer imitation program to the equation is given. A precise numerical method is provided for the design of impact mole. The correction of this method is proved through computer imitation of YH75 impact mole. Scheme analyses and optimum of structure parameters on impact mole can be carried out by the method. [
