摘要
实验介质为水 ,所用的添加剂为 2种不同相对分子质量的聚丙烯酰胺 (简称PAM )和表面活性剂十八烷胺(简称ODA) ,在溶液质量流率为 30 .37~ 188.31kg/ (m2 ·s) .此外 ,在热通量为 15~ 47kW /m2 的条件下 ,研究了不同浓度的添加剂稀溶液在垂直铜管内的流动沸腾传热情况 ,以双机理模型为基础 ,建立了相应的流动沸腾传热模型 .结果表明 ,用此模型方程计算流动沸腾传热系数 ,与实验值相比其误差在 15 %左右 .
The additives used in this study were two kinds of polyacrylamid (PAM) of molecular weights about 256×10 4, 855×10 4 and surfactant octadecylamine (ODA), mass flux of the additive dilutes was from 30.37 to 188.31 kg/(m 2·s), and the heat flux was at the range of 15 to 47 kW/m 2. The flow boiling heat transfer of additive dilutes was studied in vertical copper tube, and the suitable models for calculating the flow boiling heat transfer were established according to different additive dilutes based on the two mechanism model. The flow boiling heat transfer coefficients were calculated with the formulated models, the error of calculated value of boiling heat transfer coefficient was about 15% compared with the experimental value.
