Breeding of New Pomegranate Cultivar Lvbaoshi

摘要 绿宝石是大青皮甜石榴的优异芽变新品种。晚熟,幼果期果皮青绿色,成熟时呈现局部片红,色泽美观。平均单果质量560.0 g,最大单果质量620.0 g,平均百粒质量38.3 g,可食率(出汁率)为62%,可溶性固形物含量为14.8%,可溶性总糖12.98%,维生素C含量55.3μg/g,可滴定酸0.30%。丰产,抗旱,耐瘠薄,性状稳定。 Lvbaoshi is a new bud sport cultivar selected from Daqingpitian. It matured in late Septem- ber. The pericarp color turned from green to partly red with the development of fruit. Its average fruit weight, the biggest fruit weight and average 100 - aril weight were 560.0 g, 620.0 g and 38.3 g respectively. The eaible rate reached 62%. The contents of total soluble solid, soluble sugar, Vitamin C and titratable acid were 14.8% , 12.98% , 55.3 μg/g and 0.30% respectively. The new cuhivar had the stable characters of high yield, strong drought and barren resistance.
