摘要
分析了山东农业水资源的严峻形势及发展节水农业的必要性和潜力所在。在详细分析节水农业发展现状和制约因素的基础上,提出了六条推进山东节水农业发展的对策建议。
The severe situation of agricultural water resources and the necessary and potential of develo- ping water - saving agriculture were analyzed in Shandong. Six countermeasures to develop water - saving agri- culture were put forward based on the current situation and restraining factors of water - saving agriculture in Shandong.
