摘要 茶树[Camellia sinensis(L.)O.Kuntze]是原产我国的叶用木本植物,山东自"南茶北引"取得成功以来,冬季低温胁迫导致的冻害常造成经济损失。所以,抗寒育种研究一直是茶树研究的热点和难点。本文阐述了茶树抗寒育种的研究进展,包括抗寒性研究、选育的抗寒品种、抗寒基因的分离和鉴定及转基因研究现状。 Tea plant [ Camellia sinensis ( L. ) O. Kuntze ] is a native leaf - used woody plant from Chi- na. Since the project of "South Tea Introduced to North"was successful in Shandong Province, the freeze inju- ry of tea plants has often caused economic losses. So the cold - resistant breeding has been the hot and diffi- cult research area. In this paper, the research progress of cold - resistant breeding of tea plant was reviewed including the study on cold resistance, selected varieties with cold resistance, isolation and identification of cold- resistant gene, transgenic research status.
