低蛋白营养液在脑卒中合并肾功能不全老年患者肠内营养中的应用效果观察 被引量:4

摘要 目的观察低蛋白营养液对脑卒中合并肾功能不全老年患者肠内营养中的应用效果。方法将60例脑卒中合并肾功能不全老年患者分为治疗组和对照组各30例。于入院营养支持前、营养支持治疗8周分别检测两组血BUN、血肌酐(sCr)、血清白蛋白(ALB)、Hb。结果治疗组治疗后8周BUN、sCr较治疗前明显下降,且低于对照组(P均<0.05)。治疗后两组ALB、Hb均较治疗前有所提高,但两组治疗前后及治疗后组间比较差异均无统计学意义。治疗组13例发生并发症,其中呕吐3例、腹胀4例、腹泻4例、消化道出血2例,对照组分别为17、4、6、5、2例,经对症治疗后好转。两组并发症发生率比较,P均>0.05。结论低蛋白营养液可延缓脑卒中合并肾功能不全老年患者肾功能恶化的速度,减少氮质潴留,减轻肾脏负荷。
