急性ST段抬高型心肌梗死患者血清HMGB-1蛋白水平与GRACE评分的关系 被引量:4

摘要 目的观察急性ST段抬高型心肌梗死(STEMI)患者血清高迁移率组蛋白(HMGB-1)水平变化及其与全球急性冠状动脉事件(GRACE)风险评分的相关性,并探讨其临床意义。方法急性ST段抬高型心肌梗死(STE-MI)患者129例,于患者入院第2天测定血清HMGB1水平。采用GRACE评分标准对患者进行风险评估并分为高、中、低危组,检测三组HMGB1水平。按照血清HMGB1水平再进行四分位数分组,分别为≤P25、P25~P50、P51~P75、>P75,分别记录四组GRACE评分。分析HMGB1水平与GRACE评分的关系。结果高危组HMGB1水平显著高于中、低危组(P均<0.05)。血清HMGB1水平>P75组患者的GRACE积分显著高于≤P25组、P25~P50组、P50~P75组(P均<0.05);≤P25组GRACE积分显著低于>P75组、P50~P75组(P均<0.05)。STEMI患者HMGB1水平与GRACE评分呈正相关(r=0.623,P=0.000)。结论 STEMI患者血清HMGB1水平越高,GRACE评分越高,二者呈正相关关系。血清HMGB1检测在对STEMI患者进行危险分层方面有一定价值。
