血浆置换对系统性红斑狼疮患者外周血HMGB-1、TNF-α水平的影响 被引量:3

摘要 目的观察血浆置换对系统性红斑狼疮(SLE)患者外周血高迁移率族蛋白-1(HMGB-1)、TNF-α水平的影响。方法 22例SLE患者,均给予糖皮质激素冲击疗法等治疗措施,辅以血浆置换。分别留取血浆置换治疗前空腹(T0)、治疗开始后2 h(T1)、血浆置换停止后12 h(T2)患者右侧肘静脉血标本3 mL,分离血清后采用ELSIA法检测其中的HMGB-1、TNF-α。结果本组患者行血浆置换后2 h血清HMGB-1及TNF-α水平较血浆置换前显著下降,血浆置换后12 h稍有回升,但仍低于血浆置换前浓度(P均<0.05)。结论血浆置换可通过降低SLE患者外周血清HMGB-1及TNF-α水平。
