摘要
把毛发用 6M的HCl水解 2h后 ,用 0 4 %的胃蛋白酶水解 4h、 8h、 1 6h ,用凯氏微量定氮法测定水解毛发中粗蛋白的含量以及水解滤液中氨基氮的含量 ,结果显示 ,毛发经过6M的盐酸水解 2h后 ,完全可以用作动物饲料蛋白的来源 .
The hair hydrolyzed in 0 4% pepsin for 4?h, 8?h or 16?h after 2?h of hydrolysis in 6?M?HCl, then, the kjeldahl′s method of micro_nitrogen fixation is used to determine the content of crude protein in hydrolyzed hair and that of aminonitrogen in hydrolytic filtrate. It has shown that hair can be used as animal feed protein source after 2?h of hydrolysis in 6M?HCl.
