摘要
热阻式热流计在现场测试时,风对热流计测试精度的影响很大,现场实测和实验室测试研究都证实了这一点。当热流计探头粘贴在被测表面测试时,破坏了原有的与环境对流换热场,从而影响热流计的测试精度,从风影响对流换热系数的角度出发,分析了风对热阻式热流计测试精度的影响,并以风横掠圆管为例进行理论分析与试验研究,得出风对热流计测试影响的曲线。
Thermal resistance type heat flow meter in the field test,the wind had a great influence on accuracy of heat flow meter test,field measurement and laboratory test studies confirm this. When the heat flow meter probe paste on the surface under test,destroyed the original convection heat exchange with the environment,which may effect the precision of heat flow meter test,from the perspective of influence coefficient of heat convection and wind,the wind on thermal resistance are analyzed type heat flow meter test accuracy,the influence of and the horizontal wind swept through theoretical analysis and experimental study on the circular tube as an example,the wind effects on the heat flow meter test curve are obtained.
