660MW海勒式间接空冷系统变工况性能分析

摘要 以某660MW超临界燃煤海勒式间接空冷机组为例,简化传热系数的计算公式,建立变工况性能计算模型,分析主要因素对凝汽器压力的影响。结果表明:环境温度、凝汽器热负荷越高,凝汽器的压力越大,凝汽器压力随迎风风速的减小呈对数增加规律趋势。所得结论为我国大型海勒式间接空冷机组的优化运行提供理论依据。 HAILLER indirect air-cooled system has the property of saving water and high thermo-economic. Take a 660MW supercritical coalfired unit with HAILLER indirect air-cooled system as an example,the calculation of heat transfer coefficient was simplified,and the off-design model was also built. The main influence parameters for thermo-economics were analyzed. The results show that condenser pressure increases with enhance of environment temperature and condenser heat load. Condenser pressure is logarithmically increased with the decrease of wind speed. The paper provides a theoretical basis for improving the performance of HAILLER indirect air-cooled system.
