加热炉炉门提升系统优化改造

摘要 为提升1500mm宽带热轧带钢生产线加热炉炉门系统稳定性,对其炉门横梁、炉门连接方式、构件材质、链条强度、炉门冷却能力等进行优化改造。结果改善了炉门运行状况,降低了工艺停机时间,增加了产品产量。 In order to improve the stability of 1500mm broadband hot-rolled strip production line of heating furnace door system,transformation of door crossbeam,door connection mode,component material,strength of chains and the furnace cooling capacity were optimized.It improvesd the operation condition of the furnace door as a result.It also reduced the process downtime and increased the product output.
