摘要
薪酬待遇在企业招聘中具有重要的作用,薪酬越高越有助于职位需求信息的传播.本文运用数学分析方法,建立了薪酬与职位需求信息传播的微分方程模型,结果表明薪酬与职位需求信息传播范围之间满足Logistic函数关系.
Pay of recruiters usually plays an important role in obtaining human resources and the more pay will enlarge the range of the job-demand information diffusion.A differential equations were established to describe the relation between the pay and the diffusion of the job-demand information with the mathematical analysis.The results indicated that the pay and the diffusion of the job-demand information were satisfying Logistic functional relationship.
