培哚普利联合螺内酯治疗慢性心力衰竭的临床疗效研究

Clinical Effects Research of Perindopril Combined with Spironolactone in Treatment of Chronic Heart Failure

目的观察血管紧张素转换酶抑制剂培哚普利与醛固酮拮抗剂螺内酯联合治疗慢性心力衰竭(CHF)的疗效。方法将65例CHF患者随机分为试验组和对照组,对照组给予常规治疗,试验组在常规治疗基础上给予培哚普利2～8mg/d,螺内酯20～40mg/d,均治疗8周。结果试验组总有效率为91.0%,对照组总有效率为68.8%,两组疗效比较,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。治疗后试验组较对照组,左室射血分数与6min步行试验距离距离增大,左心室舒张末期内径和左心室收缩末期内径减小,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论培哚普利联合螺内酯治疗CHF安全有效。

Objective To observe the effect of angiotensin converting enzyme inhibitor perindopril combined with aldosterone antagonist spironolactone in the treatment of chronic heart failure（CHF）.Methods All of 65 patients of CHF were randomly divided into experimental group and control group.The control group was given conventional treatment,and the experimental group on the basis of conventional treatment given perindopril 2 ～ 8mg / d,and spironolactone 20 ～ 40mg / d.Comparing the change of heart function after 8 weeks of treatment.Results The total effective rate of the experimental group was 91.0%,the total effective rate of the control group was 68.8%,and the difference was statistically significant（P 0.05）.After treatment the test group than in the control group,left ventricular ejection fraction and 6min walk test distance increased,left ventricular end-diastolic diameter and left ventricular end systolic diameter decreases,the differences were statistically significant（P 0.05）.Conclusion Perindopril combined with spironolactone in treatment of chronic heart failure is safe and effective.
