稳定的钙钛矿型质子导体材料的研究进展 被引量:1

摘要 质子导体材料由于其优越的导电性能而成为电化学领域工作者研究的热点.本文主要介绍了一些具有代表性的的质子导体电解质材料,指出影响其发展的主要因素是化学稳定性较差.它们在CO2和H2O等气氛中很不稳定,易与CO2和H2O发生反应导致其结构破坏,性能降低.另外,重点讨论了掺杂元素种类和掺杂量对钙钛矿型氧化物质子导体材料在化学稳定性、电导率等方面的影响.最后分析了钙钛矿型质子导体材料存在的问题及发展方向. Protons conductor material has become a research hot spot in the electrochemical field because of its superior conductivity.This paper mainly introduces some representative proton conductors materials and points out that their poor stability in CO2 or H2O atmosphere influences their development because their reaction with CO2 or H2O destroys their structure and decreases their performance.It also discusses the influence of different doping elements and different amount of doping on chemical stability,electrical conductivities of proton conductors materials.At last,it analyzes the perovskite materials proton conductors research situation and development direction.
