摘要 通过三维建模软件建立压力机运动部件模型,并导入仿真软件ADAMS中建立运动仿真模型,模拟压力机在空载时下死点重复精度,并在其基础上添加动平衡装置进行仿真,找出此条件下间隙对下死点精度影响,最后分析出冲裁下间隙对下死点精度的影响,找出了间隙对压力机下死点精度的影响规律,为间隙影响分析提供了一种方法。最后利用下死点重复精度测试仪对相应工况进行测试,并与理论分析对比验证,证明分析的正确性和可靠性。 The model of moving part in press has been established by use of three-D software. The moving simulation model has been conducted by leading in the simulation software ADAMS. The BDC repeatability accuracy of the press under the no-load condition has been simulated. The dynamic balancing mechanism has been added into the simulation. The influence of clearance under above condition to the BDC accuracy has been found out. Finally, the influence of blanking lower clearance to the BDC accuracy has been analyzed. The influence rule of clearance to the BDC accuracy of press has been put forward, which provides a method for clearance influence analysis. The testing instrument for BDC accuracy has been used to test the working condition. The result has been compared with the theoretical analysis, and the correctness and reliability have been verified.
