摘要 针对一种应用于伺服压力机的三角连杆式传动机构,用ADAMS软件,依据特定的拉深工艺要求设置目标函数,进行动态仿真和结构优化。得到优化后的三角连杆机构滑块的运动速度和输出压力的特性,在电机恒转速的情况下,比优化前三角连杆机构和直连杆机构更适合用于板材的拉深加工。该机构在伺服电机的变速率特性的驱动下,可以更充分满足拉深工艺的需求。 Aiming at triangular-link type driving mechanism in servo press,by use of ADAMS software, the objective function has been set according to the specific drawing process requirement. The dynamic simulation and structure optimization have been conducted.The characteristics of kinematical speed and output pressure of the optimized triangular-link mechanism's block have been obtained. Under the constant speed of motor,the optimized mechanism is more suitable for the drawing process of the sheet metal comparing with the non-optimized one.The new mechanism can fully satisfy the drawing process requirement under the driving of servo motor with variable rotate speed.
