基于刚度检测与模拟分析对比的液压机上横梁优化设计 被引量:1

摘要 重型小台面液压机由于自身结构特点,承载时主机机身更易产生较大的弹性挠曲变形。在具有此种承载特点的压机系列中选择一台进行刚度检测,以THP11-10000汽车轮毂组合框架拉杆预紧式液压机为例,通过试验数据和模拟数据分别对关键承载件上横梁进行非线性拟合,并建立变形—空间坐标方程。分析对比试验结果与模拟结果,验证模拟结果的有效性与准确性,从而为同系列压机关键部件的工作性能的优劣提供试验支持与数值分析支持。最后,基于模拟结果以质量和刚度为目标对上横梁结构进行优化设计。 Heavy hydraulic press with small table is easier to have elastic deflection deformation due to the structure. As a typical prototype among the series of press, THP11-10000 auto-hub composite frame press with tie rod pre-stressed has been tested to confirm its rigidity. Based on the experimental data and simulated data, the nonlinear regression equation fitting related to deformation-coordinate of upper beam has been carried out. The deformation-space coordinate equation has been established. Comparing the experimental data with simulated data, the simulated result has been validated. It has provided tested and simulated supports for the operating performance of the key parts in the same series of hydraulic press. Aiming at mass and rigidity, the upper beam structure has been optimized on the basis of simulated result.
