摘要
介绍了液压数控折弯机工作原理,以华中数控HNC8数控装置为硬件平台,开发了PCI总线WDM驱动程序,实现了Win32平台下折弯机工艺软件与硬件的通讯。为了提高折弯机控制系统的柔性,在应用软件和驱动程序中,将运动规划、运动控制和数据存储进行分层处理,并对数据结构、逻辑操作和控制算法进行抽象化处理,使各个模块更加独立,提高数控系统的可配置性和可扩展性。
The working principle of the CNC hydraulic press brake has been introduced. Based on Huazhong HNC8 CNC device, the PCI bus WDM driving program has been explored, which realizes the communication between press brake process software and hardware under Win32 platform. In order to improve the flexibility of control system for press brake, the motion planning, motion control and data storage have been layered to design in the software and driving program. The data structure, logical operation and control algorithm have been abstracted. All modules are more independent which improve the configurability and extensibility of the control system.
