摘要
声表面波在各种基片或分层介质中的传播特性是不同的。本文以目前应用广泛的铌酸锂晶体为研究对象,探讨了其在特定切型和传播方向的条件下,所表现出来的各种传播特征,从而为研制新器件取得了一手数据,为设计开发做好必要的理论准备工作。
The propagation characteristics of surface acoustic wave in a variety of substrates or layered medium are different.At present lithium niobate crystal has been used widely.In this paper,we used it as the object to study.We discussed how surface acoustic wave spread in the specific cutting orientation and propagation direction.So we can get the first-hand data for the development of new devices and make necessary theoretical preparation for design and development.
