无烟粉煤炼制冷压铸造型焦的试验

摘要 用半工业性装置生产无烟煤型焦,在冲天炉进行了熔炼铁工业试验。结果证明,用此技术生产的大块冷压型焦具有强度高、气孔率适中、含硫低、块度均匀等特点,完全可作为铸造焦炭使用。 This article explains an experiment in which semi-industrial facility is used to produce formed coke from anthracite fine coal. The formed coke is then used to melt iron in furnace cupola for industrial scale test. The results proves that the large lumps of cold - press formed coke produced by this technology is characterized of higher strength, appropriate porosity, lower sulfur content and even lump sizes, etc. This kind of formed coke is perfectly suitable to be used as foundry coke.
