宫颈病变LEEP锥切术后对患者妊娠结局的影响

目的探讨LEEP宫颈锥切术对患者妊娠结局的影响。方法选择患有宫颈病变用LEEP刀治疗后有生育要求的妇女47例作为观察组,另外选择正常妊娠的健康妇女47例作为对照组,从确定怀孕开始对两组进行相同的检查,比较两组产妇的妊娠结局和分娩方式。结果观察组胎儿早产率、自然分娩率与对照组比较无明显差异(P>0.05)。结论 LEEP锥切术未增加宫颈病变患者胎儿早产几率,不应成为剖宫产的指征。

Objective To explore the effect of Pregnancy outcome on patients with cervical lesions after treated by LEEE Methods To take 47 pregnancy women with cervical lesions after treated by LEEP as the observation group, take the pregnancy and healthy women as the control group. Compare two groups on the rate of premature fetus and the delivery mode. Results There were no difference between two groups in the rate of premature fetus and the delivery mode （P〉0.05）. Conclusion LEEP treatment don＇t add the chance of premature fetus, shouldn＇t be as an indication of Cesarean section.
