体外冲击波碎石术治疗下尿路结石的临床疗效

目的探讨体外冲击波碎石术治疗下尿路结石的临床疗效。方法回顾性分析2009年3月-2012年3月湖南省龙山县人民医院接诊的160例下尿路结石患者的临床资料,按照随机数字表法分为试验组和对照组,每组各80例。试验组采用体外冲击波碎石术对患者进行治疗;对照组采用中药排石汤对患者进行保守治疗。治疗后,对两组患者的临床疗效进行评价,并随访调查两组患者治疗后的并发症发生情况,并加以比较分析。结果治疗后,发现试验组治疗总有效率(96.3%)明显高于对照组(61.3%);随访调查发现,对照组患者出现并发症的病例数明显多于试验组,两组治疗后的临床效果和并发症比较,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论体外冲击波碎石术治疗下尿路结石的临床疗效显著,并发症少,值得临床推广应用。

Objective The study the clinical efficacy of Extracorporeal shock wave lithotripsy for lower urinary tract stones. Methods Retrospective analysis researched the the clinical efficacy of 160 patients from March 2009 to March 2012 with lower urinary tract calculi, according to the random number table method was divided into two groups of experimental and control groups, each group had 80 patients. The experimental group were treated with extracorporeal shock wave lithotripsy treatment of patients; conservative treatment of patients control group row of stone soup. After treatment ,to evaluate the clinical efficacy of the two groups of patients treated and followed up to investigate the occurrence of complications after treatment of the two groups of patients, and comparative analysis. Results After treatment, the total effective rate（96.3%） of the treatment group was significantly higher than the control group（61.3%）; follow-up survey found that the number of cases of patients with complications of the experimental group was significantly more than the control group, the two groups after treatment clinical effects and complications had a significant difference （P〈0.05）. Conclusions The efficacy of extracorporeal shock wave lithotripsy for urinary tract calculi was significantly, fewer complications, worthy of clinical application.
