处方分析在中药调剂中的作用研究

目的研究处方分析在中药调剂中的临床作用,充分了解中药调剂内涵,强化处方分析作用。方法参照中医药基本理论,查阅相关资料,从多角度出发分析处方分析在中药调剂中的作用,总结归纳处方分析的主要作用。结果通过参照中医药基本理论和查阅相关资料,总结进行处方分析的主要作用为:可以对处方书写的规范性进行检查,避免用药重复、书写不清等人为疏忽情况发生;可以对中药配伍禁忌进行再次核查;可以对中药使用剂量、用法错误进行核查;可以为下一步的中药调剂工作做好准备;可以对中药合理性情况进行进一步分析。结论处方分析在中药调剂工作中是最为关键的环节,可以有效避免人为用药错误的发生,保证患者用药安全。
